I'm looking for a home to rent and I want it to be in a nice child friendly nieghborhood near Carmichael, Ca because that's where I work, I don't mind commuting about 45 min, but I want it to be a nice nieghborhood....basically no gangs and not in the getto...I want areas like Roseville or Elk Grove....something nice...and I also want to know what areas not to move to...Areas I should AVOID...thanks very much!...
