Resolved Question: Can I start hip hop dance at 13? If so where?

I'm 13 and I really want to learn to dance. I've never taken a dance class, though I went to gymnastics from 2 until about 6 but then quit.(we moved) I live in Elk grove CA, and I can't find any place where I could learn hip hop. all the dance studios that offer it aren't in my age group (they're all 9-11 or something for beginners) and the only ones with my age group is hip hop II.
